Repurposing existing ‘toys’. My son had a small spell of collecting some of the pre-painted D&D miniatures which I came across during a rummage.

This fella struck me as being particularly useful for a barbarian or orcish force in either 15 or 28mm. He’s pretty much a full repaint. The first picture I took before going all-out on the warpaint on him. If he does make an appearance for 15mm I think a scratch built howdah will be in order even though his anatomy suggests he is bipedal.
